I find it quite funny how something that you can farm for very easily lies within the grasp of 2 of these to make Quint cast level 99. Just one gives Quint cast level 90. So something that can be farmed as early as chapter 3, and brought to the ability of "Casts Firaga, Blizzaga, and Thundaga at random, up to five times." When a lot of items give effects like Tricast "Casts Firaga, Blizzaga, and Thundaga up to three times." With a Tricast level 52/53 depending on whether you only use 1 or 2. And if you're not making EXP magic, why not make something that's easy to farm and strikes for up to past 1000 potency on the fifth hit? So with no strategies and notes to go with this item?
