A Better Drain Lance Walkthrough
After acquiring the Drain Lance, this will be the upgrade quest for this particular Polearm. You'll have to take the weapon to Cid Sophiar at his garage in Hammerhead.
You'll need a Metal Scrap to upgrade the weapon. See the Metal Scrap page for locations it can be found. Once you've acquired one, return to Cid and he will hammer down your upgrade and present you with the Drain Lance II! You can improve the weapon further through A Better Drain Lance II.
