Pilgrimage Walkthrough
- This sidequest is only available during Chapter 03. Look for a man a short walk to the west of Wiz Chocobo Post; he's highlighted by a quest maker. If you interact with him, Ignis initiates an interactive conversation where you can accept or refuse his suggestion.
- If you accept, head to your destination (entrance gate to the Disc of Cauthess) however you see fit; taking the Regalia with Ignis as driver is probably the easiest option
- The mission is completed when you get close to the gate. An imperial attack force consisting of soldiers, snipers, and an MA-X Maniple will appear simultaneously. You should be able to defeat the foot soldiers easily, although the robot will put up a fight. It's recommended to bring a few Potions with you as there are no warp points or areas to take cover and regenerate health or MP; Ignis' "Regroup" Technique is also extremely effective, if you have it.
