Off the Rails Walkthrough

 This is a pretty straighforward quest. Just head to the rear of the train collecting the various Items you find. To the south you will find a Hi-Elixir, a Remedy at a table in the bar and a Gralean Medal of Distinction behind the door to the south of the bar. Eventually the train will bring you to Cartanica.
